Description
A simple cell culture method achieved only with iMatrix-511/-511 silk.
1) No pre-coating is required, 2) only half the amount of iMatrix-511 /-511 silk is needed to achieve the same adhesion efficiency as the pre-coating method, and 3) there is no loss of cells or culture dishes.
